Here's what your program includes:
Tournament Schedule Planning - Kevin will help you build a productive and competitive tournament schedule taking into account age, financial considerations, travel schedule, talent level and goals.
Equipment Analysis and Club Fitting - Equipment will be fully assessed and tested to determine if it is maximizing ball striking ability or short game performance. Any necessary lie and loft adjustments for irons and putter are included.
Flightscope Access – Each High Performance Junior Team Member will have access to Flightscope Skills Testing and Doppler Radar Data throughout the summer.
VIP Membership to the Kevin Haime Golf Centre – Team Members will receive a season-long VIP all access membership to the Kevin Haime Golf Centre. Each junior is encouraged to spend many hours working on swing fundamentals, short game and putting at the facility.
Emotional Intelligence Sports Inventory Assessment and Review - Junior golfers will receive a personalized, accurate and candid assessment of their mental and emotional competence by taking the ESI Assessment. Players can measure their focus, self-awareness, achievement drive, competitiveness, self-control and five other characteristics known to sports psychologists as critical performance competencies. Junior golfers will also review their results with Kevin or Adam in a one hour post-assessment session.
Weekly Open Sessions - (Team Practices) Each High Performance Team Member can attend up to 10 of these 3 hour open Team practices. Team practices will include intensive swing work on the lesson tee and extensive time on our short game complex.
Private Coaching - Junior Team Members will receive an extra seven x 1/2 hour private sessions to strengthen fundamentals and continue improvement throughout tournament season. Juniors will receive clear, honest and personalized coaching.
Flightscope Integration - Junior Team Members will have access to Focus Band and BodiTrak pressure sensors and their software integration with Flightscope.
GEARS 3D Motion Capture Sessions – Each Team Member will be put through a 1 1/2 hour 3D Motion Capture Session. Juniors will see and learn from seeing their swing as a fully rendered 3D avatar model. The Kevin Haime Golf School is home to the 1st and only GEARS 3D Motion Capture Studio in Canada (one of only 32 worldwide). Junior Team Members will also go through an end of season data comparison session. For 2016 we are excited to be able to include putting as an option in a 3D Motion session.
On Course Playing Sessions – Thanks to our partnership with Clublink, Junior Teams will play two 9 hole rounds with Kevin and Adam over the course of the summer on great layouts like Eagle Creek, Kanata and Greyhawk. Juniors will learn and discuss course management, mental skills, shot making and shot shaping.
Team Seminar Series – Junior Team Members can attend our Seminar Series delivered by Kevin and/or invited experts. (usually 2 - 3 per season)
Complimentary Entry to Kevin Haime Junior Masters – Every year Kevin and Lisa host a 2 day PGA Tour style golf tournament at The Kanata Golf Club. Your Team Membership exempts you into the event on August 5th and 6th.
Ongoing Support – Kevin, Lisa, Adam, Jake and our entire team of instructors will be available on an ongoing basis to help with your development as a golfer on top of the more than 40 hours of lesson tee, short game complex and golf course time. We are committed to helping you reach your goals and are available through email or teleconferencing when necessary.

Kevin Haime Biography
Kevin was a successful junior golfer. He played on Golf Quebec Provincial Teams and earned a scholarship to the University of Illinois, a Division I Big Ten Golf Program. Kevin played and travelled with PGA Tour star Steve Stricker and current University of Illinois Head Coach Mike Small. Mike is a three time USPGA National Champion, played on the PGA Tour and today coaches the #1 ranked men's golf program in the US. In a short amateur career Kevin won both the OVGA Match Play and Medal Play Championships before turning pro at age 23. As a pro Kevin has won over 20 events including three PGA of Canada Ottawa Zone Championships.
As a teacher, Kevin has had great success. He is a three time Ottawa Zone Teacher of the Year, a PGA of Canada National Teacher of the Year Award Winner, a contributor to many golf publications, a radio host and a Flagstick Magazine fifteen time Favourite Teacher of the Year right here in Ottawa. Kevin has successfully trained and mentored several OVGA Junior Champions. Kevin also coaches a GAO Provincial Team Member, a reigning Provincial Champion and a Canadian Girls Junior National Champion.
Kevin is passionate about junior golf. He is a three time PGA of Canada Zone Junior Leader of the Year and heads the Kevin Haime Junior Golf Initiative a program that has granted over 560 memberships to local kids.
We believe Kevin's unique blend of playing ability, tournament success and teaching ability position him as a great mentor for young athletes. Talented and motivated young golfers looking to develop their skills and achieve their goals will benefit greatly working with Kevin.
Adam Holden Biography
Since being introduced to golf by his father at age 11, Adam has spent his life in golf. As a junior and amateur golfer, Adam represented Tasmania numerous times at National level and won the Tasmanian Junior scoring averages. He finished top ten in the Australian Junior Championships and lost a playoff to qualify for the match play section of the Australian Amateur.
A turning point was being selected to attend the Australian Golf Union Elite Training Camp at the Australian Institute of Sport. Having access to Australia's leading golf coaches opened his eyes into what it took to become an elite golfer, helping him become both a Scratch handicap and finish 9th in the Tasmanian Open at the age of 17.
Adam became a Class A member of the PGA of Australia in 1997. He twice won the Tasmanian PGA Championship along with numerous other wins and high finishes across Australia. During his traineeship as a golf pro, Adam received many awards such as Trainee of the Year and was ranked Top Ten Australia wide for scoring averages.
In 2013 Adam was named as Head Coach for the Golf Association of Ontario (GAO) Ottawa Junior Development Team. Adam continues to work with some of the area's finest young junior golfers.
